    Property Description

    This is a good fixer-upper if you want a small home in a quiet town out in the country. The foundation is good, and the building is sturdy. I've rebuilt 6 houses, and though this one needs a good amount of work, it's mainly superficial work such as paint and re-arranging spaces, carpets, etc. It needs a rehab and can be made pretty sweet for a fairly small amount of money. I personally like being able to sit on the back steps (future deck) and look at the river. If you want to downsize and live a quiet life, this is a decent option.
